• I live out of town. Who will handle the details?
  Most of our homeowners are from out of town and some from out of the country. BD&A will handle everything from initial custom design, to interior decorating and furnishing, mortgage and rental assistance, all the way through to the final construction of your home for your ease and convenience.

• Can I start with a homesite or do I have to build now?
